@#An on-line HPLC-DPPH system was developed to determine the antioxidant activity of 16 batches of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata. By analyzing the chromatographic and biological activity fingerprints of 16 batches of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata, the dose-effect relationship was established and the total antioxidant activity was quantified by activity addition.The results suggested that the online HPLC-DPPH method can evaluate the antioxidant activity of different bathches of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata, with different processing methods, aiming to provide datasupport and scientific basis forquality evaluation of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata.
ABSTRACT
In the paper, the training situation of clinical pharmacist of Chinese medicine was analyzed through the current work situation of clinical pharmacy of Chinese medicine in China. The lack of staff and low level are the undoubted facts. In order to promote clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical pharmacists with high quality should be trained. How to train clinical phar-macists of Chinese medicine with high quality, some suggestions were put forward from two aspects of the college education reform and clinical training:①The existing education system should be reformed to establish reasonable higher education for clinical pharmacy of Chinese medicines, including the reform of education system, the curriculum adjustment, practice direction change and so on;②With the attention of all the parties, practical talents of clinical pharmacy of Chinese medicine should be trained in clinics, including the na-tion should start the training for clinical pharmacist of Chinese medicine, hospitals should train practical clinical pharmacist of Chinese medicine and carry out the corresponding work of clinical pharmacy of Chinese medicine, staff should improve self quality and so on.
ABSTRACT
Objective To establish the quality standard of Buxin Ruanmai granules. Methods TLC was used to identify Ophiopogonis, Corni Fructus, Hirudo, Ginkgo Folium and Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix. HPLC was used to determine the content of salidroside and loganin. Results Ophiopogonis, Corni Fructus, Hirudo, Ginkgo Folium and Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix could be identified by TLC. The linear range of salidroside was within 0.290 2-2.902 4 μg and the average recovery (n=6) was 99.64%(RSD=2.72%). The linear range of loganin was within 0.083 1-0.831 2 μg and the average recovery (n=6) was 100.12% (RSD=2.27%). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can effectively control the quality of Buxin Ruanmai granules.
